Ernesto has ample experience as a Real Estate Agent/Broker and as an Appraiser. As a real estate agent, he has successfully worked with fortune 500 companies such as Richmond American Homes and Ryland Homes (Now Lennar Homes) that allowed him to acquire knowledge and experience that applies to customer service as well as appraising. On many occasions, He's been an investor/seller/buyer which allows him to foresee possible concerns and predict service expectations. As an appraiser, his focus has been on appraisal services for originating purposes.
